On May 13th, the Planning Commission of LVCO voted 5 to 3
to send a recommendation to the BOCC that they should
DENY Kaw Valley's SUP application.
June 3rd is the expected date for this issue to be on the BOCC agenda.

The bulk of the SUP application remained the same.
Additions included a new staff report,
a supplemental document discussing a new route and sales tax revenue,
and letters from the community.
