At the June 17th LVCO BOCC meeting,
the final draft of Resolution 2026-07 (Kaw Valley’s SUP) was accepted.
Also accepted was the Development and Road Improvement Agreement
with no questions or changes. ​​

The next step should be a bid posted to find a County selected engineer to analyze the road to get the improvement process started.
Kaw Valley is likely working on getting all the necessary permits secured.
