MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND
The new public hearing for Kaw Valley's SUP application
is May 13, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the LVCO courthouse.

According to Kaw Valley's counsel,
"no changes are proposed to the Kaw Valley SUP application on file and pending for approval."
If asked, they will entertain changing the primary haul route to turn west onto K-32 at 189th St
as well as introducing retail sales tax.
