On November 12, 2025, the LVCO Planning Commission unanimously
voted to DENY Kaw Valley's SUP request.

Their recommendation to deny will be sent to the LVCO Board of County Commissioners
and will appear on their agenda no sooner than February of 2026.
The BOCC makes the final decision about the SUP.
